Skilled workforce
Our experienced and trained labour pool is mine site ready, supported by experienced onsite supervision and leadership. Our operators, riggers and supervisors are experienced professionals, fully prepared for work on most mine sites across the Pilbara. They are sourced from our Founding Partners reliable permanent and casual labour supply. Each operator holds a Nationally Accredited Intermediate or Advanced Rigging ticket, High Risk Licenses, and Verified Operator Competency (VOC) qualifications, ensuring they meet our quality standards for safety and skill.
